If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may send it back to us for an amendment only.

If the product conforms to the image and description and has no defects, we will not offer returns.

If the product does not conform to the image and description and has defects caused by us, we will accept return and amendment.

However, If you need to return any item, please ensure that it is in an approved and saleable condition within 7 days from when you received it.

It must have the the tag and packaging materials on and be free from make-up and all stains.

It must also have not been used, washed or altered in any way.

We can only process merchandise that has been received back to our custody for returns or amendment.

Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend returning your parcel using a tracked service.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

If the product does not conform to the image and description and has defects, we will be responsible for the return costs.

If the item is returned damaged, it will be rejected and sent back to the customer at your own cost.

If your package gets missing in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for packages that were delivered with proof of delivery.

  • We will process your refund within 7-10 working days of receiving the item.
  • However, please note that your bank may take longer to process this.
